Online access to case file records through CourtNet is restricted to Kentucky licensed attorneys and media determined eligible by the Administrative Office of the Courts, who are able to pay subscription and usage fees for online access. Attorneys must complete training and become certified before they are able to file cases electronically in Kentucky. The Administrative Office of the Courts is providing on-site and online opportunities for attorneys to complete eFiling training and certification.
